I had top floor and the view of Mirissa beach was spectacular! Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and surrounded by heaps of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety, good mix of western and local cuisine. Few minor issues but not enough to lose a full star for this review, perhaps 4.5 stars if you made it this far. Would stay again if i could secure a high floor, room 506 is prime!

Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels. Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation. Expedia also promised a $50 voucher for VIP access when I purchased the room. The hotel said this was not communicated ...
