"Everything was wonderful, the only drawbacks were the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the bathroom light sensors which turned on when you entered in the middle of the night but after being shut off, kept turning back on no matter how many times they were shut off."

"We chose the property because it had space available last minute for a spontaneous trip to Santa Cruz. The location was a nice short walk to downtown and several nice restaurants. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We only spent one night and did not use anything else on the property other than the room. We did notice that there were people partying and making a lot of noise. It didn't bother us because we were far enough away. I don't think anyone was supervising the property to make sure other guests weren't inconvenienced. If you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be your best choice."
