Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. "Could have been a great stay but unfortunately the room was freezing cold and we couldn’t hear it because they had set it so it couldn’t be changed. They had to give us a heater. There was also a horrible noise coming from the drain whenever we had a shower."
