"Right location, right value."
My girlfriend and I got to the hotel a bit earlier than expected, Oct 29th, following the long overnight drive from Maryland. It was easy to get to once I got in town. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, and allowed us to check in early enough to rest before we started sightseeing. The stay was only for a day so I initially didn't expect too much, just somewhere nice to rest before heading back. The parking lot is 10$ US a day, but we got a voucher.
Once we got to our room however, we were quite pleased. The room was at the end of the hall, spacious, and smelled fresh(kudos to the staff!). The key-cards worked without hassle. We checked for bedbugs. No sign! Afterwards, my girlfriend sat down on the bed and remarked at how comfortable it was. The bathroom had wraparound lighting for the mirror., as well as a extendable magnified mirror. The air was easy to adjust. Cool when we arrived, but was able to set it to warm while we were out and about.
When we left to start towards seeing the Falls, we came across Starbucks, not far from the entrance, and bought some hot cocoa to warm up for the cold walk outside. Upon seeing the Rain Forest Cafe just a couple doors down, we made that the place for dinner that night. Starbucks, and RFC are accessible from inside, so no need to exit to get there.
The next day, we checked out, but able to leave our car to see a few more sights before leaving.
It was a fun little trip, we'll come back. Many thanks!!
