Unfortunately I didn't get the room that I had expected but that was down to the booking site and not the hotel itself - the hotel tried their best to move us in to the room we had wanted but couldn't as they were full. Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating- they made use feel really special when we arrived - would definitely stay here again.
