With four bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. The house stays cool and comfortable with air conditioning and heating, while thoughtful touches like an iron, hair dryer, sheets and towels add ease to your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for an adventure, this charming home offers a marvelous base with its shared sandy beach, boat slip (for an additional fee), and within walking distance to Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert venue. The beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee are sure to awe you as rest and rejuvenate on the spacious patio. Please be mindful that this property is located on hilly terrain (driveway) which may be difficult for some guests to navigate. If your pets will be joining you on your getaway, please be sure to add them when registering for your stay. It is $25 per night per dog, two dog max (50 lbs).

We had a great stay at this Lake house with four friends. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
