Important Rules from the Samoset Condo Association: \- Please be aware of the following rules and restrictions enforced by the Samoset Condo Association: \- No pets, motorcycles, trailers, or boat docking are permitted by renters. \- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours. \- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces. If you anticipate needing more than two, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements. By booking, renters agree to comply with all Samoset Condo Association rules.
