Welcome to our cozy Lake Winnipesaukee townhouse, offering stunning lake and mountain views along with community lake access. Perfect for families or small groups, this getaway is nestled within a vibrant resort featuring a range of amenities like a pool, sports courts, a clubhouse, dock, beach and sun tanning deck for endless fun.  
  
Our home is minutes from skiing at Gunstock, concerts at BankNH Pavilion, Weirs Beach, shopping, restaurants and much more.  
  
The space  
This charming townhouse comfortably accommodates guests with:  
\- Master Bedroom: QUEEN bed with cozy linens  
\- Second Bedroom: Full TWIN bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.  
\- Living Area: Relax with the Roku TV and enjoy easy streaming access.  
\- Full Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.  
  
Enjoy climate comfort with 3 mini-split heat pumps throughout the home. The back porch/sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.  
  
Our listing shows resort amenities and amenities within our home. Please be sure to ask any questions for clarification on what is private to the home and a shared amenity.

Guests have full access to the townhouse and all shared community amenities, including:  
\- Private lake access with a sun deck and water trampoline

Starter Supplies:  
We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.  
  
Just a friendly reminder: Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Signage is posted at the entrances, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
