  • Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level home located in a private neighborhood in Gilford. Our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy all that the Lakes Region has to offer.

    The house boasts a large media room, perfect for movie nights or game days. Step outside to find a spacious deck with seating and a grill, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. The private yard also features a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool New Hampshire evenings.

    Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion and is just a quick drive to Gunstock and Weirs Beach.
