Quiet area with multiple nearby services. A few minutes from Arbeyal Beach. Easy parking and access for entering and leaving Gijón. Distributed across two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two full bathrooms and an open-plan living-dining room kitchen. Located in a quiet building on the ground floor. The rules of coexistence with the other neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through the common areas. We are a specialised company in the sector that will be available for any query or need that may arise for you Neighbourhood with hospitality, shops and services. Located near motorway access points. 20 minutes walking from Arbeyal beach Ideal for car journeys because it parks well in the area Pets are not allowed Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment.
