Mi reciente experiencia alquilando un apto ha sido completamente desalentadora y frustrante. El apto estaba lejos de estar en las condiciones prometidas. Las sábanas para el sofá cama estaban claramente sin lavar, lo que generó una gran incomodidad. Los baños eran una verdadera pesadilla: sucios, con manchas y sin ningún indicio de haber sido limpiados antes de nuestra llegada. El estado general de mantenimiento del apartamento también fue alarmante. Inmediatamente después de llegar, nos pusimos en contacto con el personal de administración, sin embargo, su respuesta fue lenta y poco satisfactoria. Tuvimos que insistir varias veces para que enviaran a alguien a limpiar y realizar las reparaciones necesarias. Al alquilar un apartamento, se espera que esté limpio y en condiciones adecuadas. En resumen, no recomendaría este lugar a nadie. La falta de limpieza, las sábanas sucias, los baños en mal estado y el mantenimiento deficiente son indicativos de una administración negligente y poco profesional.
