Welcome to Giez , listed medieval village!   
  
This beautiful apartment for 6 people is located 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, in a pedestrian residence, with indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, games room, tennis, petanque, children’s games, sauna... Everything is there for a successful family holiday!  
Next to the famous golf course of Giez (driving range, 9 holes, 18 holes), come and relax in this charming place, whose calm is only equaled by its beauty.   
  
Discover a charming, bright apartment with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and a large living/living room. Television, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, and a dryer.  
Pets are not allowed.   
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.   
  
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.  
  
Enjoy mountain hikes, nearby ski resorts, activities on the lake, you will find your happiness in any season of the year!   
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm until 9 pm. After 9 pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.   
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Parfaitement situé entre lac et montagne, l'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions: propre, spacieux et très bien équipé! La remise des clés comme le checkout ont été facilité pour nous permettre d'arriver et repartir sereinement. Nous recommandons particulièrement!

#### SEJOUR EXCELLENT

En arrivant, nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par Stéphane pour les activités, promenades, etc.... L'appartement était mieux que ce que nous avions espéré. Tout était très très propre. La terrasse avec la vue sur les montagnes et une partie du monts blanc nous ont vraiment ravis. Les lits faits à l'arrivée et le linge de toilette .... quoi demander de plus ? Je ne saurais pas tout dire à part que cet appartement était super. Je regrette une seule chose, c'est de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps. C'est certain, nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine. Merci à Stéphane pour son accueil !
