This place exceeded my expectations more than I ever thought possible. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient and most of all beautiful. We loved it! We will never, ever stay anywhere else again.

Loved the location, the property, & really happy with all the amenities -- loved our room, very well stocked & staff responsive to requests (robe, more water, etc), breakfast was perfect. Some great entertainment; the pool and roof bar was an amazing find with excellent wait staff & awesome drinks & apps. No issues getting a late checkout. However, we did find a lot of the front desk staff and in particular the bartenders in the lobby bar and restaurant to have an "attitude", borderline begrudging but defnitely not warm and friendly. Still, all in all, it was a great stay, we'd go back again, & we will recommend.

Cheers to Virgin New Orleans! Guest service was 5 stars, everyone from check-in, the bellman & doormen and bar staff were excellent. The lobby lounge is very cool and the decor! The chamber room layout, amenities and the storage spaces were perfectly suited for the organized traveler. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable stay.

No creamer for the coffee; just two kinds of milk. Toilet wasn’t clean. Room was great. Air conditioning was decent. Bed was super comfortable.
