Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa

"This historic hotel should compare to resorts such as the Greenbrier, the Homestead, the Broadmoor in customer service. My only complaint in that regard was the lack of staff upon initial arrival at the front door. I am used to never being allowed to touch my luggage until a porter has delivered it to my room. I'm used to not having to open my own car door when I arrive. I'm used to a doorman when I enter the lobby. None of that happened here and I think it should. That being said, I loved the hotel and I'm sure we'll stay again. I loved the history, including the haunted history. I loved cocktails on the sweeping veranda overlooking Mount Washington. Our room was small by today's standards but superb in every other way. The complimentary shuttle service to "off campus" resort properties and amenities was great. I believe this hotel will be on my calendar next summer!"

"My family very much enjoyed our time in this wonderfully planned home. We brought 3 dogs and the community provides safe and pleasant walkability around a circle. There are ample, well-placed bathrooms for a large group of 9 adults and 2 children. Although virtually every room has a TV, we took advantage of the many hiking trails in the area instead of indoor viewing. The weather could not have been better. Low 70s every day with pleasant breezes. In the event of warmer weather, there were ample box fans and a ceiling fan that would have cooled the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had no difficulty preparing and serving meals. I would like to offer suggestions to improve the experience that should not be viewed as complaints. The exterior is uninviting and needs a good cleaning. We declined to use the dirty decks and chairs. The many spider webs confused our 4 year old who thought the house was haunted. A fire pit can be fun, but not with only 3 chairs that have seen better days. The rug in the main living room (kitchen level) is in desperate need of cleaning. The shower curtain in the lower level apartment is ripped and moldy. the apartment needs a better system of dehumidifying. The rug seemed damp most of the time and it was difficult to sleep with the noise from the portable dehumidifier. The gas grill needs some attention. We had a problem cooking on it during our first day But a call to property management was responded to promptly. The worker was able to improve the grilling experience for our stay but intended to order parts for the future. Because it is bear country, the grounds should be inspected regularly. A previous guest threw out at least 6 bagels that the dogs kept finding. Fortunately, they were always leashed so they did not eat the bagels."

"Amazing property with everything we needed for a great golf getaway weekend. Close to the Mt. Washington Resort, plenty of room for all of us and the house had everything we needed to make it a great weekend. We come back to this property every year and we truly love it. The team at Bretton Woods Rentals is amazing and was super-responsive to every question I had before we checked in. Can't say enough good things about them."
