My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at this property for a long ski weekend. Lots of room and the perfect layout for a large group... plenty of space to gather as a family while still affording privacy when you wanted it. Beautiful kitchen for congregating and entertaining, and an awesome loft with games and a pool table, which the teenagers loved. And checkin/checkout was a breeze. Everything was as good as promised and in some cases even better than we imagined. The location was excellent. The home was spacious and well kept up. The grandchildren loved the loft level with the games and pool table. We really had everything we needed. We loved being close to Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods Ski resort. There were 10 adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. Plenty of bathrooms and well stocked kitchen, nice game room, living room and decks to enjoy the view. Parking was easy. Proximity to local attractions was great. We had a July stay and were caught in the hot weather that permeated the entire region. The house had plenty of fans to make our stay more comfortable. We had accepted the possibility of warmer weather when we booked this house and wouldn't have changed it in spite it. A property of this caliber could greatly benefit by having air conditioning to accommodate the warmer summer weather that seems to persist in recent years. I could imagine returning here again and the Fall, Winter and even Spring seasons would really be enjoyable at this location as well. ##### Mark S. We could not have asked for a nicer home or better location. The property is literally a stones throw from Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Ski Resort. There was plenty of room, a stocked kitchen for cooking in, and an amazing view on the third floor. It was close to many awesome hiking trails that we did while we were there. We had an amazing time at this property and would recommend it 1000%. A few of the beds weren’t as comfortable as others but none the less a very comfortable stay. The 10 of us were quite comfortable in the house - there was plenty of room and the house was well appointed. We were centrally located to many activities - Mount Washington, Flume Gorge, Hiking, even Lake Winnepesaukee.
