Eclipse Legend hotel was a small , but relaxing hotel next to resturants, coffee/ juice bars and many other amenities within walking distance. Staff helped with anything you asked for and knew the area very well.

Wonderful stay at the Oriental Jade. The staff were professional and friendly. Services and facilities were great, including the spa. Every staff we encountered was helpful, especially Elena at the front desk.

The hotel was great and our room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. There was a band that played on the street outside but the music stopped at 10pm and it was quiet after.

From the moment you check in the staff is incredibly attentive. They greet you with a cup of tea and a pastry and give you a five minute orientation on Hanoi and things to do. An oasis for road weary travelers after a long flight from the US or after hiking the rice terraces in Sapa.
Without thinking about it, I mentioned that my stomach was a little upset. Within five minutes of being in my room, they brought me some ginger tea for my stomach. That’s going the extra mile.
