Bonito hotel

La habitación del hotel es pequeña pero cómoda, la recepcionista fue muy amable y nos ayudó a ubicarnos y darnos los puntos de la ciudad a visitar, en general el servicio fue bueno, lo único malo es que no tiene baño propio es compartido

Booked the hotel because reviews were good and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable beds, and very clean. Our room had a separate private bathroom and shower which concerned me initially but ended up being a cool feature. Location is good, about 6 minute walk to tourist area and bars. Hostess was helpful. Would stay here again.

Hotel próximo à estação Dampoort e bem próximo ao centro histórico. Tem um Carrefour ao lado do hotel, e nas proximidades tem lanchonete e bares. Funcionários simpáticos, quarto limpo e espaçoso. Única coisa é que não tem elevador. Bom café da manhã.

Jag hade bra vistelse på hotellet, som ligger på gångavstånd från katedralen och centrum där spårvagn går. Receptionen fanns i närliggande systerhotellet och jag fick god turistinformation vid den snabba incheckningen och personalen följde med mig till rummet. På hotellet är det brant smal trappa till rummen. Rummet var välstädat och stort med badrum, safebox, vattenkokare, mycket förvaringsutrymmen, skrivbord etc, men saknade fikabord. Kylskåp fanns i hallen. Minus för heltäckningsmatta, lyhört för ljud från gatan, dålig madrass, men trygga omgivningar. Hade billigare rum på finare hotell i Bryssel och frukosten var dyr, men snabblivs finns granne med hotellet. Hotellet fixade toaletten snabbt när den krånglade.

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage. In nur 5 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Ein Parkmöglichkeit zu finden war absolut kein Problem. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr bequem. Das Hotel hatte sich extra darum bemüht unser Zimmer als erstes zu reinigen, da wir schon vormittags anreisten und so unser Zimmer schon früh beziehen konnten. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Bad war sehr modern und sauber. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man die Treppe herunter muss um zu seinem Bad zukommen, aber das nimmt man gerne in Kauf bei diesem tollen Hotel.

Quick gateway at Ghent

The room is very clean and tidy, staffs are friendly and informative, room is big and spacious. I have got a big wardrobe, too. Generally it's good and clean. Location is very close to all the main site-seeing and restaurants. Next to the hotel is express mart for your groceries. After you take the bus or tram, you will need to walk a bit but can locate the hotel easily. Only thing is you will need to move your luggage up as they only have stairs. Better if it comes with kettle and night light.

Limited garage space - reserve in advance

As many reviewers mentioned, it could be a hassle to get luggage up the stairs. I also found the noise from the staircase bothersome, when some of the neighbors were returning back after midnight.
