My second stay at this hotel and it’s very convenient, being adjacent to the motorway. The staff are always courteous and helpful and the rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. I genuinely have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, or staying there again.

What I liked the most was having a small kitchenette. With two little ones, was good to be able to warm their bottles, or prepare some snacks. The room was super clean and modern.

The room was very spacious and good. I booked a suite and it had two double bed, a dining table and a kitchennete. We really enjoyed the room as we were 4 people. The only thing was there was no dustbin bag so sometimes we had issues in storing wet dust.

Brand new hotel, still being finished here and there. Unfortunately we found the hotel suprisingly noisy, there was a lot of noise from the adjacent motorway, and internal noise from banging doors and even people speaking in the corridor. I can't understand this, surely sound insulation is a key part of a modern hotel? The beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly, but I couldn't recommend the hotel because of the noise.

From awful to perfect

First night was horrible, a door was separating my room to the next one. I could hear the guy snoaring and talking, awful. I dont get why they propose this type of room to single person. After complaining the next day i was moved to another room which was perfect. The guy was very helpful and kind. Room.was clean and tidy.

Second stay in this hotel; comfy modern rooms (USB C!) and easy access to ev charging and major transport routes on our journey brought us back. Last time the breakfast wasn’t brilliant, it was school holidays and very busy, so breakfast area was cramped and options were lean; this time, there was plenty of choice, and as midweek holiday makers we missed early business traffic, so there were no queues for the coffee machines etc. Maybe they could put more staff on to help keep the dining area stocked and clear when it’s busy? It looks like there is some building work happening on site, maybe a larger dining space is in the works?! We took an Uber into Ghent centre for a lovely meal at Du Progres, hotel was convenient and we felt could leave our car charging in safety. 1.5 hours by car to Le Shuttle. Ghent is nearly as pretty as Bruges, and as a lively university town it feels less touristy and full of hen/stag dos!

Ok stay

Arrived at 2:45 and asked if room was ready (member arrivals from 3pm). Was told it would be at least 30 minutes (which would then be after check-in time). Eventually got into the room at 3:20pm. Came back down at 4:15pm and other families still waiting. 1/2 a toilet roll in the bathroom. Only decaf coffee pods available. No milk or creamer in room. Conditioner hadn't been restocked either. Building works currently ongoing very close- we were woken at 7:30am to the sound of banging and drilling! But it was good value and a decent size room for our family of 4. Breakfast also had a decent selection too.
