Out stay was cute and in a very convenient location. It really made it nice being able to leave the car parked at the apartment and walk to a lot of downtown locations. Rob was quick to respond to any questions I had before the stay.
My son and I stayed here for a campus visit to Gettysburg College. The property was comfortable and close to everything--the college as well as the battlefield site, which we also toured. The owners were responsive and got back to us whenever we needed something. If my son goes to Gettysburg, we would love to stay here again!
Great location, and communication with the property manager. Walking distance to many of the city's amenities and historical sites. Offstreet parking was available and made access in and out, when we had to drive, a breeze.
Great location. Walking distance to everything and just a short drive to the visitor center. Home was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Would stay here again. Our first trip to Gettysburg, it was great.
The property was wonderful! Clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Our host met us when we arrived and shared the history of the house and answered all our questions. We will stay here again when we come back.
We were on the 2nd floor apartment and it was very nice! Ron was so accommodating. This had to be the best location in Gettysburg!! We were near all of the restaurants and activities! We loved staying here and will stay again at this unit the next time we are in Gettysburg!!
We came to stay for a family girls history trip. The apartment fit us comfortably. Nice kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. Plenty of towels & kitchen gear. It was a great spot too- close to everything plus a parking spot out back! We liked the patio in the evening it was very relaxing! Owner Rod brought us a box fan to keep us extra cool in the 95 + heat even with air units! Check in and out was a breeze! Great experience-
I booked for a sports tournament and the stay was a great location in downtown Gettysburg. We frequently walked to restaurants and stores downtown (a few blocks).
Rod was very welcoming and communicative before and during the check in process. He gave a tour and small history lesson on the property and was available if we had questions.
Space has multiple air condition units to keep it cool in the summer. Perfect for 2 or Family of 4.
My family and I enjoyed our stay and the property owner was very nice and communicative. The location was excellent with easy walk to stores, restaurants, and the battlefield. My only negatives were the door locks are tricky, they are old and you have to wiggle them just right to work. The property was clean but not 5 star clean, there was some dirt behind the table in kitchen. The AC was also out but thankfully the property owner had window units and ceiling fans so it wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed the stay and we would stay there again.
A group of four friends just returned from an extended Gettysburg weekend, including a stay at 322 Baltimore. The apartment was everything as advertised plus more. Rooms were ample and provided plenty of character (especially for a building that survived the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863). Bedrooms were sizable and beds were comfortable. Full kitchen was an added bonus - though we didn't utilize it fully. Living room was comfortable. This was a second story apartment - so navigating narrow steps was required (no elevator). Main entrance and exit was in the rear of the building - but a narrow alley way to the right of the home, you gained access to Baltimore Ave. Parking was most convenient - off the alley way and safe from traffic/crowds. As for as location - you couldn't ask for better - within a block of ice cream and winery - within 4-5 blocks of Gettysburg business or the more touristy portion of Gettysburg. Both directions offered ample shops and restaurants. Rod, the owner, met us with a key (with a 20 minute notice) - and provided a quick tour. Very pleasant fellow - with strong roots to Gettysburg proper. I can't recommend staying here enough.
