Cozy Cow Homestead with pool!

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. Our rental is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The main floor has a kitchen equipped for your basic cooking and baking needs, a dining room with seating for six, a living room, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other three have queen-sized beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in one of the bedroom closets.

Outside, you'll find a charming barnyard with animals, a play set, and a gorgeous saltwater pool with an expansive deck. Please note that the pool will be closed starting October 7 and will reopen on May 12, 2026.




For your convenience, if your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer a complimentary 6:00 PM Sunday check-out. It's our way of saying thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Kindly remember to clean up after your dog by picking up any feces before your departure.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

We stayed here and got ready for my wedding in the morning! It was so cozy, and very spacious! The bedrooms were well decorated and everything felt very clean and tidy. The location was beautiful! This location offers it all. We had a wonderful time enjoying Gettysburg, the PA countryside, cows, horses, and of course the pool. The house is comfortable and accommodating in every way that we needed it to be and we will recommend this spot to all of our friends and family.

We very much enjoyed Cozy Cow as a base for our visit to Gettysburg. The home is close to town, yet rural and very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and watching the cows and horses! The house was nicely furnished. There were fresh cut flowers, eggs, raw milk and strawberries upon our arrival!

Cozy Indeed!

We had an incredible stay. The property is beautiful, the home was warm and comfortable, and everything in the house was very clean. The farm is in a wonderful part of Pennsylvania. We had an incredible Thanksgiving with our family nearby and we were able to enjoy much of the surrounding area. We love the cozy cow and we will definitely be back.

2nd Stay at Cozy Cow

Great family vacation. 3 generations including young grandchildren enjoyed our stay last year and wanted to come back again this year. Beautiful, peaceful and home is a beautiful old farmhouse surrounded by fields. We definitely made use of the pool. Grandkids asked before we left if we could come back again next year. Breaking News: Cozy Cow was cozy.

Cozy Cow was really cozy! The porch was amazing. We loved sitting in the rockers or on the swing, watching the horses in the neighboring pasture. The pool was also really nice! A great way to cool off. It was the perfect place for our families to meet.

Beautiful farm property outside Gettysburg!

We thoroughly enjoyed Cozy Cow. What a beautiful property. Private farm, very clean, a just 10 minutes from town. There was always plenty of hot water (for 8 adults) and the house is well appointed for all you need. The owners responded quickly before and during the stay and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend if you want a beautiful,quiet setting.

For many reasons we all looked forward to this away from the suburbs and events that makes life challenging. We adored this location. Ladies weekend getaway

Cozy Cow provided a much needed ladies getaway weekend. It was close enough to Gettysburg that made it easy to go to town for site seeing but still allowed you to have the quiet country experience. We especially enjoyed the horses, cows, and cats on the property . 🙂 It's a very simple, old farm house, but it doesn't advertise itself as anything else. We loved it and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gettysburg Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Cozy Cow. It's an exceptionally clean, and large farm house, away from the hustle and bustle we are accustomed to. We brought our two dogs with us and our 12 YO daughter, all 3 loved the property! The dogs enjoyed roaming around and the 12 YO enjoyed the porch swing. I enjoyed watching the sunrise with the cows. Truly a relaxing and quiet getaway that we needed.

Great family getaway!

Everyone enjoyed a slow paced family getaway. Beautiful updated old farmhouse. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch watching the horses/cows in the adjoining fields - with a barn cat or two lounging around. To the afternoon in the pool. Quiet and peaceful. We Couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back.
