The house accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs contains with 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, open plan living with smart TV (Netflix,YouTube, etc) DVD, dining and kitchen, while downstairs includes 1 bedroom, renovated bathroom, separate lounge and TV and laundry with a washing machine. Please note - NO Linen provided but can be hired from Gerringong Laundrette (you will need: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels) Our home is fully equipped with fans, heaters, kitchen and BBQ utensils, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Note: The house has a steep open staircase which is not suitable for children under 5yrs. There is no smoking allowed in the house. No Parties WiFi – Available Not pet friendly On the day of arrival, a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. The house is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view is amazing as advertised. Only drawback is the lack of supplied linen or an option when booking to hire through a local provider. We found a business in Kiama to hire sheets and towels but feels like it would be really easy for the agent/owner to set this up as a option when booking.
