1. Household Items and Damage
Please handle the household items with care and return used dishes clean and dry. If anything is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.

2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially when listening to music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.

3. Visitors
Visitors are welcome for short periods of time.
However, overnight stays by additional guests are not permitted.
Please let us know in advance if the number of guests changes.

4. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the accommodation.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only when the door is fully open. Please make sure no smoke drifts into the house. In case of violations, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.

5. Pets
Pets are welcome. A maximum of 2 per stay.
Please take care to avoid any damage or soiling and let us know if anything happens.

6. Security and Valuables
Please close all windows and doors and turn off electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation. We assume no liability for personal valuables.

7. Cleaning
Final cleaning will be performed professionally.
However, we ask that you leave the accommodation tidy and remove any major mess before departure.

8. Environment
Please use energy and water responsibly.
Turn off lights and appliances when they are not in use.

9. Candles
Lighting candles is not permitted in the accommodation.
