Chic and quiet 75m² ground floor apartment in an excellent local location in Gerolstein can now be booked for you all year round.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building with a residential party, which is occupied by a family member.
The apartment was completely modernized in mid-2019 and lovingly furnished to the apartment.
Pets are not allowed!

The apartment consists of:
-A living room / bedroom with pinewood dining area, a pinewood wall unit with 32 "satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player and a chic Mediterranean corner couch that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.
Baby equipment is available.

-A modern bathroom with a large washstand and matching bathroom furniture, a toilet and a shower with thermostatic shower and rain shower panel with 2 shoulder and neck showers.

-A lovingly furnished pine bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
If necessary, a wooden baby and toddler bed can be added for the smallest guests.

-A modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and large fridge / freezer combination.

-A corridor area with pine wood mirror dresser for jackets and umbrellas.

-A large storage room with washing machine and possibility to dry and store wet / damp clothes and other bulky souvenirs such as B. Cycles.

-A private terrace is currently in the early stages and will pause until spring 2020 due to the weather.
We try to make it available for you on time for summer :)
