"管理人のお兄さんの対応は★5です。事前の電話でも施設のことを丁寧に教えていただいたり、子どもにも優しく笑顔で接して下さいます。施設自体は清潔感もあり、トイレなども臭いもなく綺麗にされています。調理棟も綺麗です。ただ、仕方の無いことですが室内のカメムシがあまりにも多すぎる…キャンプなので多少の虫は理解していますが、夜にチェックインしてから就寝までに10匹以上自分で獲って外に追い出してを繰り返し大変でした…。あとは、他の宿泊客が深夜2時過ぎまで屋外の広場で卓球をして盛り上がっており声がうるさく、深夜に何度も起こされました。管理人に確認するとこの施設には消灯時間の決まりがなく、屋外の卓球スペースも24時間利用可能とのことでした。さすがに利用時間を22時までなど制限した方が良いのでは、と思いました。スタッフさんは満点ですが、施設には少し不安点がありました。"

"Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too."
