The upper level features a living room equipped with satellite TV and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and two rooms, each containing two beds.

The kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen area.
