"Great family stay. Comfortable, with good climate control in the cold winter and with connected rooms. Some of the rooms have modernised bathrooms which are nice. Breakfast was great, staff were very helpful and polite, nice touches on keeping a 24/7 dining place open, with access to an on site fridge, vending machines for coffee, beer, wine and drinks. Situated ideally for day trips to Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim but without the complication of traffic. "

I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building.
