9/10 Wonderful! (260 reviews)
The room was nice , but a problem with the shower drain, water collected then spilled over to the bathroom floor. I assume a one-off, I told them ald hopefully fixed. There was lots of road construction in the area but still a great location, close to the waterfront ( Kordon) and very lively are on a Saturday night with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station, which for me was inportant.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

Loved the thermal spa, comfortable bed with beautiful ocean view. Lots of variety for breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful. Good restaurant at the top floor and also lots of dining options nearby. Across the street from the ocean and ships, convenient location.

8.4/10 Very good! (196 reviews)
"Well, apparently their system didn’t connect to hotels.com’s system accurately so when I made a last minute reservation at 11pm and showed up at 11:30, they didn’t expect or have the appropriate room for me. I slept in a triple room with a dingy bathroom and an emergency stairwell for a view with ..."

Friendly staff, “unique” environment
"Very friendly front desk staff. Checked us in wrong bed type but quickly rectified. The pictures online are quite deceptive as rooms are tiny but clean and nice. Hotel is where all the Turkish airline pilots stay during their schooling so many single dudes milling around but all respectful. A little ..."
