A cosy chalet on the edge of the forest, with an outdoor spa where you can relax after a day in the great outdoors. Located in Gérardmer on a 3,000-square-meter, secluded lot, Chalet Cafourotte accommodates up to 9 people in a quiet, unspoiled setting.

In the summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and Lake Gérardmer. In winter, head straight out to the cross-country ski trails and easily reach the nearby downhill ski areas. When you return, the spa awaits you for a moment of relaxation.

The living area

The ground floor features a pleasant living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for the group. It features a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker, as well as raclette, pierrade, and fondue sets.

The dining room is perfect for sharing meals in a friendly atmosphere.

The living room offers a comfortable space to gather after a day spent outdoors. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings.

From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace.

The bedrooms

Chalet Cafourotte has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom features a double bed and a shower area.

The second bedroom sleeps two people with a set of single bunk beds.

Upstairs, a third bedroom features a double bed set in a cosy alcove.

A fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bunk bed.

The layout of the bedrooms across the two levels allows everyone to enjoy their own space while maintaining a warm, friendly atmosphere in the common areas.

The bathrooms

The chalet has 2 bathrooms, located on both levels.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom has its own shower area.

Upstairs, a second bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

A bathroom is available on each level.

The spa

The outdoor spa is located on the terrace, right on the edge of the forest.

Enjoy this peaceful space after a hike, a mountain bike ride, or a day on the slopes.

The natural surroundings and lack of neighbors provide a particularly pleasant setting to relax and fully enjoy your stay.

The Terrace and Outdoor Areas

The terrace naturally extends the living area and offers a peaceful space to enjoy sunny days.

Gather around a meal, prepare a barbecue, or simply take the time to relax in this lush, green setting.

A cot and a high chair are available for your little ones.

There is parking for 4 cars in the courtyard.

A washing machine is at your disposal.

Utilities are included in the rate. Please use energy sparingly.

To offer you the best rate for your stay, linens are available as an optional extra.

The flat rate is €30 per double bed and €15 per single bed. This includes beds made before your arrival, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

This amount covers only laundry costs; we do not add any markup.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Please take out your trash before you leave (instructions and map are in the welcome booklet). Otherwise, a flat fee of 30 € will be charged for trash removal.

Parties, hen nights, and stag nights are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.



To ensure everyone’s peace of mind, an €800 security deposit is required for your stay (a credit card authorisation will be automatically processed by our software the day before your arrival or via bank transfer, and will be refunded after the cleaning team has completed their work at the end of your stay).
