Fully equipped kitchen has brand new fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and more such as toaster, coffee maker, juicer, plates, utensils etc. New furniture, 3 large beds, fresh bed sheets and blankets. The upper 2 bedrooms open Out to a spacious balcony with patio furniture. Enjoy breakfast and dinner and catch the amazing sunrise and sunset views. Living room and upstairs bedroom have smart TV’s. Washer/ dryer unit on the upper level. Large bathroom with skylight, spacious walk-in shower. Lots of cabinets and drawers for storage. Also provided clean towels, hairdryer and iron in the laundry room. Main floor offers you an open concept living room and kitchen with a large patio door and access to a large terrace with patio furniture. One bedroom on the main floor with easy access to a bathroom. 2 Private parking spaces and additional free street parking.
