Sauberer Pool und gepflegter Aussenbreich – Tiefgarage. Dieses Objekt kannman bedenkenlos empfehlen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, am besten in Italienisch, ggf. Englisch. Die Anlage befindet sich oberhalb des Kerns von Gera Lario und lässt sich generell als gehoben bezeichnen. Runter in an den See sind es knapp 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es Bäcker, Cafes und Bistros. Reisetipps: Nächster Supermarkt in Domaso, 5 min mit dem Auto. Wanderungen nach Montemezzo zur Kirche auf einem Wanderpfad oder am See entlang nach Domaso und weiter... Ausflüge: Forte Monecchio Nord (Anlage aus dem ersten Weltkrieg) mit deutscher Führung. Nach Bellano zum Orrido Bellano (gut begehrbare Schlucht). Nach Dogo (Museum).
