Our stay at sage apartment
First of all i would like to thank Shawndell for our stay from 04.03 - 11.03.2024 at Sage this property was beautiful inside and out . We felt safe and Shawndell was on hand via whatsapp if we had an queries. The recommended taxi man Quincy was always availble for hire if needed and we would recommended this property for hire . We are still on holiday in another country and after the 5 star treatment there we were looking for same but not so

Great Stay
The home was better than expected. Large apartment, very clean. Host thought of everything possible to add comfort to the stay. From robes, to bedroom slippers to eye mask, toiletries, snacks, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Amazing
Location: the house was located in a brilliant area as it's nice and quiet. Local shops are a short walk away. 5 mins. The supermarkets are closeby too. You can catch the 41 bus into town ( short ride) or you can drive (10 mins) The house: beautiful inside and out. Driveway. 3 double bedrooms, lovely bathroom and an open space living room /kitchen. There's a laundry room also. The pictures do the house no justice. It was an amazing setup. Shawndell (the host) was great in every aspect! Everything needed in the house was set up by the host. Extra necessities such as batteries, toilet roll, kitchen towels, towels, toiletries were readily available. Even a welcome gift on arrival. Communication was effective also. The host was very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying here anytime you're in GT.

Excellent place to stay like being at home
Staying at this property has been a joy for us travelling from England, the property is spotless and takes care of all your needs and is a good base to go to. We have felt nothing but good vibes and welcoming from shawndell and her staff and would recommend this property and shawndell to anyone who is visiting guyana. Shawndell made sure that we have felt comfortable whilst our stay and was proactive for example arranging reliable driver to help us travel around Georgetown. The facilities are 5 star with spacious area bedrooms air con and big garden and well secured neighbourhood all of whom were friendly to us. We will be booking again for our yearly trip guyana and this home is somewhere you can call home. Thank you shawndell!

Very quiet area, The house is very up to date A/c ,parking generator although we did not use it.
My stay was delightful, all the amenities that you would find in your home were already here. From utensils to sheets, stove, microwave, etc. Just bring yourself.
