The proximity to the lake is a definite bonus and you're right by Clear Creek running by as well. The only better place to be would be closer to downtown perhaps, but the nearness of the lake is such a perk especially as it has a long walking trail all the way around it. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. Large rooms and a full laundry room complete with detergent make your stay very homey especially with added touches like extra luggage racks, blankets for cozy couch time, a fully stocked closet of games, and comfortable beds. The condo is on the first floor which is really nice when unloading; the only downside is the tiny deck without much of a view due to the tall fence. When checking in be sure to look closely at the visual key box instructions, it can be a bit tricky. We would return to this location if a house with a yard wasn't available. ##### Liesl B.
