"Our room overlooked a nasty trash filled roof -kept heavy blinds closed. I feel the bathtub/shower was quite unsafe - it is so narrow and slippery. I also rinsed it out before stepping into it - looked like sand/pebbles in it. The beds are comfortable (except my short older friend had trouble climbing in to bed due to height of bed). The pillows were quite lumpy. The room was clean, the staff ok, and the breakfast was good. Good location, for the $ (had a suite), I would probably come back for an overnight stay (2 nights stay this trip)."

"6 of us recreational cyclists visited Georgetown for the wonderful local road riding. We needed a place within walking distance of downtown, room enough for us all with 4 separate bedrooms, and a nice kitchen and “Hang out and drink coffee” area. The latter room was perfect for all 6 of us, and we even caught the live action of the Derby on the widescreen tv. Coffee pot worked great, and all the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We have other friends who come here to road ride, especially for the “Horsey Hundred” event every May, and we will definitely recommend this property!"

"The couch and recliner were very cheap and uncomfortable. The floor is way dirty. left our feet black after just very little walking, and the backyard had dog poop throughout, which made it smell and kept me from letting my son play out there.Other than those issues, I’d say it’s a 5-star place. The location is great—quiet and very nice. With some upgraded furniture and better attention to cleanliness outside, this place would be excellent."

"The rental inside is very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with towels. Walking distance to downtown Georgetown were they have shops, etc. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper you will hear the horns on the multiple trains that go by in the evening/overnight/morning. "
