"I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was never open during our stay though. The close proximity to Exuma Flats will likely bring us back again."

"The Host was very responsive our only issue was that the stove did not work and we had hired an outside service to prepare a meal later in the week and they ended up having to cook it on the grill, which did not turn out very well. Otherwise, the house was great. Internet was painfully slow but that is a product of the area I assume."

"The spot was perfect for my family’s first international vacation together! Jack and Kay were very proactive in their communication and hospitality. The waterfront and accessories to enjoy it made us spend most of the week on the property and the surrounding sandbars. The screened-in porch allowed for most of our cooking thanks to the grill, pizza oven, and large burner while also letting us enjoy being outside for the majority of our stay.The spot was quiet even with construction happening on one side and a dog rescue on the other. We loved the local wildlife passing through the property (frogs, snails, sand crabs, and the occasional puppy).This place made for a memorable vacation!"

"Our family of four had the most amazing stay at Paradise Found. The location is perfect, central to everything on the island. The house has everything you could possibly need- kitchen was so well stocked, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, umbrellas, games, movies, books, etc. The house itself and the outside area are beautiful. We were so thankful for the amazing communication with our host Rachel, she was always quick to respond and she helped us find accommodations when we decided to come a day early to avoid a major snow storm. We loved Exuma and we highly recommend staying at Paradise Found Villa! "

"Fantastic location with beautiful water and view. The house is very well stocked with everything you could want for cooking and entertainment. We were so fortunate to meet the owners of the home during our stay and they were so kind to show us around the little islands on their boat and even took my son fishing. Not only did we have a great time at this home - we also got to meet the kindest hosts! "
