### Waters Edge at The Cays

Unwind with your family at this waterfront property on Great Exuma Island. Situated on the protected south side of the island on the Bonefish Flats, it boasts stunning sunsets and abundant marine life. Explore nearby small islands, mangrove tidal creeks, and sandy banks. Plus, you’re just steps away from the water and pool area.  
  
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath house features 2 en-suite bathrooms. Includes a fully furnished kitchen and a grill out front. Enjoy the spacious covered screen porch or relax in the gorgeous backyard.  
  
The shared backyard provides access to the beach, heated pool, gazebo bar, kayaks, beach chairs, and a BBQ. Additionally, you can enjoy some fishing off the dock.  
  
This property is perfect for families or groups seeking a tranquil and laid-back atmosphere. The quiet surroundings and relaxing environment can provide a peaceful retreat.  
  
We are very centrally located between most of the attractions in Exuma and just minutes from the airport. Just to the north of us is Tim's on the Bay, Three Sisters Beach, Coco Plum Bistro and Coco Plum Beach. Just to the south is Hoopers Bay, Hideaways, grocery stores, George Town, many beaches and Little Exuma.  
  
There are 2 kayaks available to use at no cost. Our Property Manager also has 2 larger ocean kayaks available to rent for a small fee.   
  
There are 3 queen beds and 1 single bed in this home. This allows for up to 7 people. Because the house is spacious, we are allowing up to 8 guests. There is a sectional couch and/or an air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements.

House was exactly as described and shown in photos. Large space with several large bedrooms making out group of 6 feel comfortable. Outdoor areas was great for spending days around the house. I would recommend staying here!
