The room condition is fine but there are too many mosquitoes flying around and that can disturb your sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were generous in providing information of where to eat and where to go, which was extremely helpful as it was our first time in Penang. The room, the rooftop terrace and the common area were beautiful.
