"I was surprised by how the employees were dressed during my stay. When I arrived after midnight, the concierge came out from the back office wearing pajamas, which I found very unprofessional. The cleaning lady was also dressed inappropriately for a hotel setting, wearing a crop top, and the in-room dining waiter was not wearing a uniform either. I would expect all staff, regardless of the time of day or their role, to maintain a professional appearance when interacting with guests."
