Not nice
We purchased 2 nights and left after the first night. The room was gross- we felt like we were in a prison cell. The tv had no plug attached so we couldn’t turn it on- and when I tried to call the desk they would not answer- I then tried to email through this app and NEVER received a response. I will never go here again and I’ll probably never use VRBO either.
