Lake Erie Vista Rules for Guests and Homeowners: Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

Everything was excellent! Check-in was simple, kitchen facilities were much more than expected and Wi-Fi access was easy and dependable. The unit was clean and spacious and offered many amenities. We plan to stay here again next year!
It’s a beautiful property. The decor and amenities were so nice. Plenty of seating for 6 people. Could use more wine glasses and a ceiling fan in the first bedroom. Great location and beach. Will be e back again!

This was such an awesome getaway!!!!! The condo itself was perfect, lovely decor and very pristine!! Our view was spectacular with a fun beach area, chairs and fire pits which we enjoyed so much. The place is stocked with everything you could need. Our hostess was exceptional and very helpful with questions we had. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation for us all. This condo was better than we expected. It has to be the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of the lake and only a mile from the strip. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! I would stay here again.
Condo was excellent for a family visit. Indoor pool, beach access, and outdoor grilling were all perfect for our visit. The sunset views were amazing from the balcony and living room. Would definitely come back again! Highly recommend.
We had everything we needed, including a multiple modes of coffee makers. The towels and linens were soft. The beds and seating were very comfortable. We loved all of the soaps! Beautiful interior decorating and beautiful view of Lake Erie. It was nice to listen to the waves. We were pleasantly surprised by the Adirondack chairs at the beach area.

April Morning exceeded our expectations! Upon arrrival the condo was pristine Communication with our host Deb was thoughtful and professional. The quality of the linens was awesome—very nice sheets and towels. A well-stocked kitchen was a plus! Nothing compares to the beautiful views from the oversized balcony and main bedroom. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We look forward to a return visit.
This is the second time visiting Lake Eerie Vista and it never disappoints. The view is spectacular, the amenities great, and the condos are exactly what you need when you're on vacation. We were taken care of by the host, Debra, the manager Debbie, and our shuttle driver, Brandon.
Debbie hosted us in a beautiful condo. The views are amazing! The place is very well equipped and maintained, so our stay was an amazing experience.
Debbie went above and beyond ensuring we will have good time and offering help and useful suggestions. She even mailed us some items we left behind (after having such a good time, we relaxed so much that left a couple of small items in the unit). Highly recommend the location, the condo, and the owner!
This property is perfect. As the listing states, the view is spectacular. The condo is roomy and comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated. We have never stayed in such a well stocked rental. Debra, the owner, seems to have thought of everything you could possibly need. When we realized we had forgotten to bring a bath mat for the shower (we are older and worry about falls), she immediately went out and bought one and brought it to the condo. She was so easy to deal with. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We cannot wait to return.
We were stunned at how gorgeous the views were and also how clean the place was. The host and manager thought of everything! The amenities the condo provides are also spectacular from the private beach to the pool and even a little campfire ring. We were relaxed to the max! The distance to downtown and wineries is also ideal. Deb, the manager was fantastic in all the ways!!! Thank you! We will send our friends and we will be back!
The condo is very spacious, well maintained, and the views are wonderful. We spent two nights and found the beds to be comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and the condo was very clean! We enjoyed the outdoor balcony and caught the sunset one evening. We also took advantage of the indoor pool and, because it is March, we had the pool to ourselves. We explored the area and found that this time of year there aren’t many restaurants open but we knew that in advance. There is a Giant Eagle in Geneva as well so we picked up some items there that we needed. Debra was responsive when we had hiccups in our stay. It really is a beautiful space to spend a few days!
