Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff, in particular, displayed a lack of friendliness and seemed more focused on additional charges than guest satisfaction.
One notable incident involved being charged an exorbitant fee of 20 Francs to borrow an adapter for my computer. To add insult to injury, I later discovered the same adapter available for purchase at a mere 7 Francs. This kind of pricing policy left me feeling taken advantage of.
Moreover, the room I was allocated had a surprising and unhygienic surprise inside the safe—an opened and used bottle of nut oil. Not only was this unsightly, but it also resulted in me getting my hands dirty as I had to remove the item myself.
The breakfast experience didn't fare any better. The staff doubted my inclusion of breakfast and insisted on proof, forcing me to seek assistance from the receptionist to verify my entitlement. Such skepticism from the breakfast staff only added to the overall unpleasantness of my stay.
Regrettably, my time at NH Hotel was marred by these incidents, making it highly unlikely that I would choose to stay there again in the future. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for the benefit of future guests.
