Everything was exactly as described. Debbie was so kind and accommodating. The Loft had everything from menus of nearby restaurants, winery guides, toiletries, games, movies, and plenty of towels. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lakefront amenities. The loft itself was cozy yet spacious, had central AC/heating with nicely heated floors in the bathroom, and overall well maintained.
