Super friendly & helpful lady on reception. Swiss plugs are nit riund and are 3 pinned. She durected us to a shop where we could purchase an adapter. Again very helpful and printed out directions for the bus No. 10 to the airport. Breakfast on our first day was fine . Today no hardboiled eggs or pastries and the scrambled eggs were cold. Otherwise its rolls lovely jams cheese and ham yogurt cereal fruit juice, fruit teas and coffee - so ample choice. The rooms were super clean, lovely white fluffy towels comfy bed,nice hot powerful shower and quiet.
