We had an issue with the fridge not cooling and a tech was sent immediately. Within a half hour we were good to go. Propert Mgr was very timely and quick with response. Recommend staying with this group. This was our 2nd year in a row and plan to do it annually. Big shout out to the team. ##### Robert L W. Owner was very responsive. Great location Lots of parking. Comfortable, large family room. Loved the ping pong table although lighting is bad in the room. Basic items missing: hangers, cutting board, wine/bottle opener, pitcher, plates for 8, kitchen table seating for 8 (there were folding chairs that we added to the table but space was tight). ##### s g. The access was easy and accommodations were wonderful. We loved the nice new shower with plenty of hot water and ample amout of towels. This property is in wine country, however there was no corkscrew. :( The lighting in the living room was very poor. The front patio was awesome for sitting and enjoying our coffee. ##### Ann B.
