good and with a few changes it could be great
This condo has a wonderful view, nicely updated, with a nice deck public deck by the water and a small beach area where you can swim, and located right on the strip! Overall our stay was pretty good! There are just a few things that need addressed and this could be great! The floors throughout were dusty/dirty to the point that you had to wash our feet before bed or wear shoes the whole time. The floors should be moped between each stay. The kitchen was equipped with literally anything you could need except a microwave! Getting a small microwave would make it a perfectly complete kitchen! There were tons of clean bath towels/hand towels/wash rags for us to use which was great. But the place comfortably sleeps 8. I’m not sure why the listing says 10 unless they expect people to sleep on the love seats and non pull out couch. Although there is plenty of room for an air mattress which would solve that is you have 10. Also the keypad on the door was faulty and it took us multiple attempts to get in each time. The deck was really nice with nice chairs and even though it’s for anyone in the condo or motel to use we had it all to ourselves! The beach area is small but nice overall. But there are hazards like rusted metal pieces around the steps coming down that need addressed and also a railing as they are very steep and awkward. But like I said overall is was good and we would likely stay again!
