Everything is very good, but there is train station nearby, so you can hear the trains passing by at late night. It was still a really good experience.
Great location. Fantastic facilities. Highly recommended. Can walk most of the city from the hotel. Plus the Geneva transport pass for hotel stayers a good initiative of free phblic transport travel.
We had an amazing stay! The facilities were incredible (including a little kitchenette) so we could buy and prepare our own food. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus, you get a transport card which made exploring Geneva super easy. Thank you so much, the only hotel we will be staying in from now on.
Great hotel for our family of 5, they have connecting rooms. Less than a 5 min walk from train station, easy friendly check-in. Spacious rooms, walkable to the rest of Geneva, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to hop a train in the morning to the airport.

Great location, very beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and close to Main train station, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, i was also upgraded to a beautiful and spacious room, very lovely and great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room and common areas, and staff were all excellent. Laundry facilities were not available (working?) causing me to go to a outside place. Fortunately, after I research d places found one that was 2 minutes away. It was very nice. Staff should have had a list of places recommended (distance, rating).

Amazing hotel and friendly/helpful staff. The hotel is extremely close to the train station and bus station. The old town is 10/15 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The reception staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you.
The room itself was cosy and spacious. It was also very clean.
Loved this hotel and would recommend to others :) thank you Hotel Auteuil!!!

The hotel is close to the train station and walking distance to many restaurants and city center. The service staff were friendly, but the service at the hotel was just average or one that you would find at a two star hotel. Staff at the reception desk were polite but always acted as if they were being interrupted.

Didn’t like the fact that staff at check out kept querying me about the room payment despite having confirmed at check in that I b. Felt more like profiling than anything else. ooked via Expedia and the payment was deducted already for the full stay. We staying one night in the hotel. The lobby is contemporary and beautiful. The staff were professional ,but not warm. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, however our room looked into the train station! The part of the city this hotel is located was not attractive at all. We stayed in another part of the city when we first landed and it was much nicer.

Unfortunately there are a number of rooms on the backside of the hotel with the view over the trains coming in and out of Geneva but also a view over the Jura Mountains. The problem being centrally located is that sometimes the view is not the best. On the other hand the lake side is only 5 minutes away by foot as well as the shopping center. I have stayed here many times for work in Geneva but this time my husband was able to travel with me. As always the hotel was excellent. The convenience for me to catch the tram for work for two days and he to be able to quickly go sightseeing was perfect ( as I suspected it would be). I was just so happy to return. Breakfast, staff, bedding and amenities are excellent. I will return. Thank you.

Once again, despite being an Expedia Gold member it was neither acknowledged nor was I offered an upgrade. Expedia really need to look into this because at this point the idea of getting free upgrades as a perk is totally false.
The room is large and close to train station but the walls are painfully thin. You can hear all your neighbors and everyone in the hallway. We slept very little due to every noise we heard in and around the hotel.
We also requested a room away from the lift but they placed us right across from it promising it was “a wuiwr part of the hotel”. This was untrue.
