The staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms were very clean even though quite basic. We had a balcony, which was pleasant to use in the evening.
Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from both the railway station and town centre.
Parking looked a little limited so consider public transport.
Breakfast was good but a little more selection from the coffee machine would have been welcomed as would a little more choice on food front, limited hot food choice and only natural yoghurt, a few different flavours would be a useful addition.
Definitely recommend this hotel and Sibiu itself is a must see.

Beautiful, comfortable room. The only suggestion I have is to change the locks on the doors. You need a key to lock it from the inside and open it from the inside. This will turn out very bad if there were to be an emergency.

"The place is wonderful and appears to be new or newly refurbished. Everything was great except for the WiFi. It did not reach our room so we had to go to the kitchen area. Should be an easy fix for them though."
