A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

The stay at this hotel was delightful. The staff were very helpful and the spa area was great. The hotel provided a very welcome lunch. An idyllic setting and would definitely return in the ski season.

"We had a very nice stay at the Maritim hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was in a convenient location, if a little bit seedy. Our housekeeping on the fourth floor was not that great. Coffee packets never replenished over the three days and pajamas ..."
