Die Informationen vor und nach der Buchung unserer Unterkunft, wichen stark voneinander ab. Zum Beispiel war der nutzbare Gartenanteil zu unserer Wohneinheit von insgesamt 100qm ein gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Rasenfläche die zum gesamten Komplex der Anlage gezählt wird. Zu dem zweifeln wir, nach Bezug der Wohneinheit, die Gebühr für die Endreinigung an. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung in einem nicht sauber und reinen Zustand (wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt) vorgefunden. Überall fanden wir Staub, Krümel und Haare eines zuvor anwesenden Tieres. Das Inventar war zugegebenermaßen „in die Jahre“ gekommen und die Tür zur Terrasse hat eine derartige Fehlfunktion, dass wir uns beim Öffnen dieser verletzt haben. Das im Inserat beschriebene WLAN war nicht verfügbar. Mit der Agentur war besprochen, dass wir mit 4 Personen nach 20 Uhr anreisen, bereitgestellt war 1/2 WC Rolle, die Liste an Mängeln könnten wir durchaus verlängern. Uns ist durchaus klar, dass in Komplexen wie diesen, Servicegebühren heutzutage zur Normalität gehören, dennoch fragen wir uns, wie Sie für eine Unterkunft wie diese, einen solch hohen Insgesamt-Preis veranschlagen können. Die Unterkunft war für höchstens zwei Personen geeignet, da die „Schlafcouch“ eine Zumutung war. Wir empfehlen nichts an dieser Unterkunft und Vermietung weiter. Zu teuer für nichts. ##### Steffi B.
