"The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

Now the best of the best of our experience is the front desk personnel. There were two different young men at our check in and the evening time. Each of them were so nice and helpful. I asked the name of the young man that helped me in the evening and he said anyone in the hotel would have been equally helpful. I can certify that he is right. "
