"Checked in and asked the clerk at the desk to verify if my payment was transacted. I booked my hotel stay on Expedia.com and selected to pay in full at the property when checking in. However, the full amount was charged /transacted immediately after my room was booked. Very upsetting. "

"This is my 4th stay at the The Guest House. Everything about it is excellent. The staff is always polite and helpful to your needs. I utilized the gym this year and was pleasantly surprised at the equipment and cleanliness. Also we always eat at Delta's Kitchen. We particularly love one of the server's Melanie who always remembers us each year. All of the servers are excellent. So close to my favorite place - GRACELAND!!!"

"House was perfect. Plenty of room for my family. Excellent location as my mom’s 80th birthday party is only few blocks away. House had all of the amenities need for our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay. TJ"

"The house could really use better cleaning procesures. The front door glass was dirty, the walls and trim throughout were scuffed and dirty, the window sills, blinds, mantels, and ceiling fans were covered in dust; and the cabinets felt sticky. There was no hand soap in the upstairs bath, and no hand towels anywhere. The kitchen had no pot holders or dish towels. The dishes in the cabinet were not clean, and if they had been, there were only 5-6 plates. There was water damage on the ceiling in the great room and master bath. Several blinds had broken slats. The host would only offer a refund of the cleaning fee, which I felt was insufficient response for the condition of the property. The beds and couches were comfortable. I would not recommend the listing and will not book it again."

"Loved that someone was able to call us and we could call in and get a real person on the phone Only drawback was the heat and air especially this time of year I had to call in the morning to get the heat cut on then tell them to cut on the air otherwise great clean place tostay"
